Jeanne Glass, Founder and CEO, VirtualZ Computing

Jeanne Glass is an expert in software sales, global operations, information technology, and customer experience. She is a two-time IBM Champion, member of the board of SHARE, founding member of the Women in IT initiative of SHARE, launched “Making our Strong Community Stronger” (the first c-level initiative on DEI in the mainframe industry), and is an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas.

Jürgen Holtz, STSM and CTO of IBM Z AIOps

Jürgen Holtz is a Senior Technical Staff Member leading the technical and architectural direction of AIOps on z/OS. Jürgen has 30+ years of experience in different systems management areas ranging from performance monitoring, workload management, automated operations, to disaster recovery. Jürgen has held various developer and leadership positions in the IBM z/OS and IBM Z Software organizations and collected a profound knowledge of z/OS and its ecosystem. He is also a customer advocate and speaker at various IBM and non-IBM conferences.

Chris “Spence” Spencer, AIOps and Automation Offering Manager, Broadcom Mainframe Software Division

Spence has over 20 years experience in the information technology industry, ranging from launching startups, to working as an emerging technologies strategist and manager for IBM’s Emerging Technologies and alphaWorks groups, and is currently an Offering Manager for AIOps and Automation at Broadcom. Spence wrote the first self-modifying algorithm for IBM Emerging Technologies and was part of the team that worked on commercializing IBM’s Watson. Today he continues his focus on all things machine learning and AI related, and leads Broadcom’s mainframe software division’s Data Science team and is responsible for its AI strategy.

Leandro Melendez, DevRel Performance Advocate, k6

Leandro Melendez is an avid performance test manager and consultant, podcast host on performance, presenter at testing conferences and many others. Has almost 20 years of experience on the IT business ranging from Developer, DBA, Project Manager and others. The last 10 years he has been working on the QA area, specifically on the Performance and Load testing area using tools as WinRunner, LoadRunner, JMeter, HPDiagnostics, NeoLoad, AppDyn, Dynatrace and many others. Has served multiple S&P500 customers all over the USA, Mexico, Canada, Brazil and Australia. He writes a performance testing blog called SeñorPerformo (www.srperf.com) and cooperates with the PerfBytes team in producing more online material for performance and agile testers. He also hosts the PerfBytes podcast spanish version.
