VirtualZ Production License Activation Policy
Our goal is to make it easy for Outsourcers and Managed Service Providers to move from evaluation to production with VirtualZ. This policy explains how to request activation of a production license under your existing agreement. If you need help at any point, please reach out to [email protected].
Purpose
This form is used to activate licensed VirtualZ products in a customer’s production environment following a successful evaluation or POC.

Eligibility
To activate a production license, you must:
- Have a valid Reseller or MSP Agreement with VirtualZ
- Submit this Production Activation Form with complete and accurate information
- Confirm the customer is ready for production use
- Ensure the activation aligns with any prior Deal Registration or POC
Review & Activation
Submission of this form does not constitute automatic approval or activation.
All production activations submitted by Outsourcers or MSPs are subject to review to confirm:

VirtualZ reserves the right to:

Decline activations with incomplete or conflicting details

Confirm activation terms prior to invoicing
You will receive written confirmation once activation is approved and billing is scheduled.
