VirtualZ Deal Registration Policy
Our deal registration process is designed to make it easy for partners to protect customer opportunities and get the support needed to move them forward. If you have any questions, we’re here to help at [email protected].
Purpose
Deal registration ensures partners receive clear opportunity protection, coordinated support from VirtualZ, and a smooth, conflict-free experience when working with customers.
Eligibility
To register a deal, partners should:
- Have an active Reseller Agreement with VirtualZ
- Submit the Deal Registration Form with accurate customer and project details
- Be the first to register the opportunity
- Demonstrate meaningful pre-sales engagement
What Qualifies as a Registrable Deal
A registrable opportunity must include:
- A named end-customer
- A defined project or business objective involving VirtualZ products
- Customer interest or an active discussion
- No prior registration by another partner or VirtualZ
Deal Protection
Once approved:
- The deal is protected for 180 days, with simple renewal if the opportunity is progressing
- VirtualZ will not engage other partners or direct sales for the same opportunity
- You remain the primary contact for that deal unless activity stops
Reasons a Deal May Be Declined or Closed
Registrations may be declined or closed if information is incomplete, the opportunity is inactive, status updates aren’t provided, or if another partner or VirtualZ already holds the registered lead.
Support You Receive
Approved deals may receive:
- Sales and technical support
- Joint customer calls, demos, or proposal help
- Executive sponsorship when needed
